What does Made to Measure mean?

Made to Measure means that a suit is produced based on your specific body measurements, taken during a personal fitting. Instead of choosing between fixed standard sizes, the process starts with a template that is then precisely adjusted to your body.

Ready-to-Wear

Suits produced in fixed standard sizes without individual adjustment. Fastest and cheapest, but the fit is always a compromise. These are the items hanging in stores, already finished. The compromise is that even if a tailor can subsequently adjust a few centimeters in length and width, there's a risk of ruining the silhouette and forcing the suit into something that the customer doesn't realize is more detrimental than beneficial. Additionally, there's a cost associated with these extra adjustments on top of a ready-made suit from a store.

Made to Measure

The starting point is a basic template, which is adjusted according to your measurements — shoulder width, sleeve length, waist, and leg length are specifically tailored to you.
